Allen Page is a Founding Partner at WAVE Ventures, with a career that spans venture capital, private equity, acquisitions, and advanced technology development. Allen brings extensive experience and deep domain expertise in energy and aerospace investments.

Allen’s investment philosophy is rooted in hands-on operational experience and strategic insight, developed over years at Ernst & Young, DLA Piper, and Vinson & Elkins – a leading energy law firm. Allen served as Chairman of an international upstream energy company, and as an executive at a high-growth energy tech startup. This unique combination of financial, legal, and operational acumen positions him as a vital asset to both portfolio companies and strategic partners.

At WAVE, Allen plays a pivotal role in shaping the fund’s strategy across deep tech sectors. WAVE deploys capital across aerospace, automation and robotics, cybersecurity, energy, and life sciences.

Under Allen’s leadership, WAVE has assembled a team of Partners that have collectively deployed over $1.5 billion. His collaborative and impact-driven approach continues to guide WAVE’s mission of fueling the next generation of transformational technologies.

Allen is a committed ecosystem builder. He is an active member of the Texas Lab to Market Consortium, working alongside universities, industry leaders, and fellow investors to position Texas as a global leader for deep tech commercialization.

Allen holds a BBA and a Master’s in Accountancy from Baylor University, as well as a JD from Baylor University School of Law.
