Ashley Jackson

Ashley joined WAVE with more than 7 years of experience in the finance industry. She gained diverse experience practicing transactional law and working internally for a national bank. In her prior roles, she held positions with a focus primarily on structured finance transactions, corporate securities, and banking compliance.

Ashley graduated from Southwestern University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology before obtaining her MBA from Baylor University and her JD from Baylor University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
