Dianne Rodriguez has 9 years of experience in accounting from working in a non-profit organization. She joined WAVE as a Staff Accountant in 2023. She earned an AS in Business Administration in 2010, but most of her accounting knowledge has been from on-the-job learning as her roles expanded. Outside of work, Dianne enjoys spending time with her husband & two sons as well as baking & serving in her church.
