Michael brings more than 30 years of leadership building financial and operational structures within growing companies to drive growth, raise capital, develop organizations and leadership, and maximize value realization. He has successfully led the growth and development of early-stage businesses in multiple industries-

and has raised over $400 million in public and private equity, over $80 million in bank debt, and executed and integrated numerous buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions totaling over $750 million. Michael holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Stanford University, and is a “Big-4” CPA.
